Nike Introduces FlyKnit Technology to Apparel – Finally

Nike explains their technology (Nike)

Nike is taking the world by storm yet again. Introduced at the 2012 Olympic Games, Nike’s Flyknit technology was created to offer the best shape, support and comfort for a seamless feel. Used only on their shoe before, Nike has announced they are bringing this beloved technology to their apparel for the first time, with the release of the Nike FE/NOM Flyknit Bra. Flyknit material is best for holding shape and offering support and breathability – so no wonder they’re starting out with using it on a sports bra. Nicole Rendon, the Senior Bra Innovation Designer for Nike said in an official press release that the Nike FE/NOM Flyknit Bra aimed to offer “maximum support and comfort” as well as “allow[ing] women to feel and look amazing while doing anything they choose.” Nike is using this new innovation to break down barriers that women face in sports, and we can’t wait to see even more Flyknit apparel released.
