In collaboration with Gaggenau, the Italian-born, one-star Michelin chef Luca Fantin held a masterclass at the Culinary Studio. Exclusive guests, including Vanessa Yeung, Gloria Chan and Jeanny da Silva wore signature black aprons and got elbows deep in the creation of their dishes. Having worked at the Il Restorante at the Bulgari Ginza Tower in Tokyo, Japan, the chef created a menu using simple but luxurious ingredients that highlighted each distinct flavour, offering a unique twist to traditional Italian cuisine using Asian ingredients and techniques.
