The Chanel x Colette Logo Revealed

The logo was sketched by Chanel creative director Karl Lagerfeld

Chanel is taking over the first floor of Parisian fashion institution Colette next month, as part of the boutiques ongoing collaboration series. Following in the footsteps of Balenciaga, Les Vacances de Lucien, Sacai and Thom Browne, the fashion house is the penultimate collaborator before Colette permanently closes their doors in December.

Few details are known, simply that a selection of Ready-to-Wear pieces and accessories from the Fall-Winter 2017/18 and the 2017/18 Cruise collections will be unveiled, along with a number of musical surprises and beauty-related events. Expect the unexpected at this month-long takeover, and until it opens enjoy the simple logo, designed by Karl Lagerfeld himself.

Colette will permanently close 18 December, 2017, and their final collaboration will be with Saint Laurent, a brand they famously feuded with in 2013.
