Nobu to Host Spring Omakase Dinners Paired With Taittinger Champagnes in March

Nobu Matsuhisa, acclaimed chef and founder of the Nobu restaurant empire, will be returning to Hong Kong from March 19-20 to host two nights of omakase dinners with champagne pairings at his restaurant in the InterContinental Hong Kong.

Nobu-san, in collaboration with Taittinger Champagne will present his Spring Omakase Dinner, an 8-course menu that will include two newly created dishes and paired with Tattinger champagnes. He and his culinary team in Hong Kong have created their dishes using the freshest spring season ingredients matched with the characteristics of the various Taittinger champagnes.  Taittinger will also showcase two of their latest vintages, the Vintage Brut 2008 and the Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2006.

The Spring Omakase Dinner menu will be available from March 19 to April 9 at the NOBU InterContinental Hong Kong, and is priced at HK$ 1,300 per person. The Taittinger champagne pairing option will only be available on March 19 and 20 for an additional HK$ 688 per person. The champagnes will be available by the bottle on the restaurant’s wine list from March 19 onwards.
