A limited edition hardcover book of Loewe’s ready-to-wear Fall Winter 2017/18 Women’s collection is being released. 

Jamie Hawkesworth photographed the iconic French model, actress and director Laetitia Casta on a set designed by M/M (Paris). The dialogue created in this production speaks on strong femininity, and Casta is the perfect personification for this modern Odalisque. Shot in the halls of Paris’ Maison de I’UNESCO, the set is designed with a black and white funnel structure that frames Casta. The angular framing plays on the constraining of femininity, with equally edgy garments styled by Benjamin Bruno. 

The brand is known for their experimental ideas and specialism in luxury leather made goods, and today, Creative Director Jonathan Anderson pays homage to that heritage while bringing a modern sensibility to his designs. This same vision comes through the new publications images, in which Casta shines in bustiers, dresses, cocoon coats and turtleneck sweaters. 

This is the fifteenth publication for the Madrid based luxury fashion house, and judging from their previous successes we’d say these 1,200 hand-numbered copies will sell out fast! Keep an eye out for them at your nearest Loewe store.
