Just in time for Art Week, Four Seasons Hong Kong Executive Chef Andrea Accordi shows us how to plate his Seared Norwegian Scallop ​with Japanese Strawberries, debuting today in The Lounge. The dish is just one offering on the Mastro/Shiso four-hands menu, created in collaboration with visiting chef Kazumi Sawada from the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul. Here Chef Accordi incorporates the finest ingredients from Norway, Japan and Italy to create a sophisticated, technically challenging, explosion of taste. 

The Mastro/Shiso menu is available from March 21-26 at The Lounge.
