Be one of the first in Hong Kong to check out their brand new three-course prime rib dinner menu featuring grass-fed Black Angus from Argentina’s premier open-range cattle station, General Pico. The roast beef is coated with the restaurant’s signature club rub, cured overnight and seared on a wood-fired grill before being slow-cooked in the oven for four hours.
