What is something your followers might not know about you?
Although I may look petite, I’ve got a strong mind and endurance to match! I’ve completed a full Ironman race in Cairns when my eldest son was still young – it was a tough challenge balancing a full-time job in Wealth Management, family time, and all that training was no easy feat, but I powered through it.
If you were a brand, what would be your motto?
I’ve got a few mottos that I live by! “Remember to Live” and “Never try, never know” pretty much sum up my day-to-day mindset. I’m all about making the most of every moment even after becoming a mom of two, and not being afraid to take on new challenges.
What did you want to be when you were younger?
When I was around 14, I was totally smitten with the idea of being a singer after following my singing teacher, Ms. Teresa Carpio, perform all over the place. But then when I got to college, I set my sights on becoming a successful businesswoman who could help empower other women – and that’s the path I’ve been following ever since!
What/who inspires you?
I’m seriously in awe of my hardworking, talented, and hands-on mom friends like Myolie Wu and Grace Chan. Juggling three kids, thriving careers, and still managing to have it all together? That’s goals right there. Their time management skills and unwavering determination are majorly inspiring.
What has been your favorite memory this year?
Ohh, it’s been such a fun-filled year! My highlights include conquering the black-runs and tree-runs in Niseko with my 6-year-old, watching Coldplay’s epic concert in Singapore, and all the amazing family trips we’ve taken – like that trip to Wonderfruit in Pattaya. Making memories with my loved ones is what it’s all about!!!
