Louise Wong

Louise Wong got her breakthrough playing the titular role in the award winning film Anita, where she played the late Cantopop diva Anita Mui. Wong had the lead role in the 2023 legal drama movie A Guilty Conscience and made a hidden comedic cameo in the movie Table for Six, which became the third highest-grossing movie produced in Hong Kong. It’s been a long journey for Wong since she won the Asia Pacific Elite Model Look competition at just 16, being the first and only Hong Konger to do so to date. It’s a true rags-to-riches story for the 34-year-old who has been working since the age of 14 to support her family and pay her fashion design tuition fees herself. These days, Wong gets to enjoy a more peaceful existence with her daughter with singer-songwriter and actor Sheldon Lo.
