The best bar in the world (twice crowned, mind you), The Dead Rabbit, arrives in Hong Kong tomorrow as part of the Four Seasons Hotel’s “Blue Remix” pop-up series at Blue Bar.
For three days only, Blue Bar will feature four of the New York cocktail bar’s most inspired creations, paired with classic Irish comfort food reimagined by the hotel’s executive chef Andrea Accordi. Think scotch eggs and short-rib sliders, washed down with a surprising concoction like the True Blue, made with Irish whiskey, apple brandy, Guinness, PX Sherry, white miso, ginger, lemon and Peychaud’s Bitters.
Don’t expect tricks or flair bartending here, The Dead Rabbit is owned by Belfast duo Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry who stay true to their Irish roots, putting the emphases on expertly crafted cocktails and genuine Irish hospitality.
