VIP Lounge Designed by Andre Fu Opens in Pacific Place

The Pavilion VIP lounge at Pacific Place

Pacific Place is taking the shopping experience to an unparalleled level with a brand new loyalty programme that offers not only a range of exclusive offerings for all its members, but possibly the most luxurious lounge ever designed for a mall for its highest-tier members.

The Pavilion, designed by renowned architect Andre Fu and his design studio AFSO, allows members to relax and enjoy exclusive services in a comfortable, home away from home setting. We got a little preview of the intimate VIP lounge space which opened just last week.

The lounge, located on Level L3, features an incredibly high ceiling – four-metres in fact. The main lounge area houses the grand wall library, which displays magazines, newspapers, and the latest reads from Kelly and Walsh, as well as a long marble bar table, plush light blue and grey couches and chairs, and smaller round-top tables against the window overlooking Pacific Place’s mini garden.

Members who visit the lounge will be offered sweet treats from L’Éclair de Génie, decadent caviar from Caviar House & Prunier, pastries from Café Gray Deluxe at the Upper House, and even Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2006 by the glass – an experience exclusive for Pacific Place.

Light bites and Veuve Clicquot champagne are served throughout the day

There are also secluded corners around the lounge for even more privacy, including a private pampering room, a music corner with high back sofas and noise-cancelling headphones, as well as a little nook where members could receive a relaxing hand massage by Beyorg.

The new loyalty programme, which launched in June, is divided into three-tiers: above Blue, above Gold and above Black (by invitation only). Points earned for every HK$1 spent at Pacific Place can be redeemed for seasonal gifts and experiences throughout the year. More information can be found at above.pacificplace.com.hk
