Ming Court x Lalique “Nature Sauvage” menu for two (1 winner)
Ming Court, the Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant at Cordis Hong Kong has joined hands with French crystal brand LALIQUE to offer a ‘Nature Sauvage’ menu until the end of June 2021. Inspired by nature, the eight-course menu is made from the finest ingredients, including abalone, caviar, sea cucumber, bird’s nest, blue Caledonia prawn, lobster and Wagyu beef. The meal is further paired with wines, all served out of LALIQUE glasses.
Dishes include drunken razor clam simmered in Shao Xing rice wine, Australian M9 Wagyu Beef stir-fried with Shishito green pepper and garlic black bean sauce, and coconut milk pudding with aloe vera and imperial bird’s nest. The eight-course Nature Sauvage menu with three wine pairings is priced at HK$2,888 for two persons (with an 11-course menu option) and comes with a 75g LALIQUE candle for every two guests.
