Imperial Treasure Comes to Hong Kong

Imperial Treasure has officially opened its first flagship restaurant in Hong Kong. Located in Tsim Sha Tsui, it boasts stunning view over Victoria Harbour and a menu of traditional Chinese favourites and delicacies. This should come as no surprise, considering Imperial Treasure was created by award-winning, two Michelin-starred restauranteur Alfred Leung.

A true foodie as well as entrepreneur, this new location is special for Leung, as Hong Kong is his home town. Located right on Peking road, the restaurant brings guests into a beautiful, simultaneously modern and traditional setting. In the kitchen, the renowned chefs at Imperial Treasure cook with only the finest and freshest ingredients, promising a delicious experience for everyone. Don’t leave without trying the freshly made Dim Sum, and baked crab meat & onions served on the crab shell. Old-school Cantonese fans will love the twice-boiled pigs lung in an almond broth, a hard-to-find delicacy. Of course, no true Cantonese-style feast would be complete without a roast suckling pig, and the one here is a must-try for all meat-eaters. Deboned and stuffed with soft glutinous rice, it’s a mouth-watering combination of flavours and textures.

Reserve a private room overlooking the harbour and bring a big group, you’ll want to try more than one dish. If you’re desperate for one of the signature dishes, like the crab and roast pig reserve one a few days in advance.
