Son of TVB actor Kent Tong, Bruce Tong has carved his place in the entertainment industry as an action film star. He began his career playing a rambunctious teen in Donnie Yen’s action flick, Big Brother, alongside his twin, Chris Tong. Since then, Tong has starred in numerous action films such as Tabai Sword and Raging Fire. Though he admits that attending events and shows is fun, he also highlights the hard work he does behind the scenes. While shooting Big Brother with Donnie Yen, he mentioned being inspired by the long hours Donnie was able to work without showing signs of exhaustion. This motivated him to continue working through the long hours as Donnie set an example to follow. In the future, as Tong is also trained in wushu, he hopes to participate in more action and stunt roles.
