The 12 track album, quickly skyrocketed in popularity, becoming his first number one album and beating DJ Khaled’s new album “Father of Asahd.” According to the New York Times, Igor sold 165,000 combined streams and copies, compared to DJ Khaled’s 136,000.

The promotion of the album included t-shirts, stickers, pins, and a “VOTE IGOR” lawn sign, which many believed to have given Tyler the lead in sales numbers. Tyler also posted many fun and wacky videos on his social media wearing a distinct blond wig, teasing the music videos for the new tracks.
