Shè, a new contemporary restaurant, will soft open at Lane Crawford, IFC Mall on December 12. The restaurant will have a relaxing ambience inspired by from nature, complete with an alfresco terrace. 

The cuisine here is a fusion of Asian and Western culture, using traditional Chinese culinary elements with a modern touch to create a healthy home-cooked meal. The ingredients are made up of fresh and nutritious produce sourced from reputable local suppliers. Apart from the food, Shè will also serve drinks that include a unique collection of “Tea” trails that combine premium teas with traditional spirits and a mix of other classic Asian-inspired cocktails. 

Some of the special delicacies on the menu include Shè’s signature afternoon tea set and modern Chinese lunch boxes. Shè will be as sustainable as possible, serving drinks with paper straws and most of their take-away boxes and bags will be 100% biodegradable.  

The grand opening for the restaurant is set for December 18, 2018
