Olivier Theyskens celebrated the relaunch of his eponymous label by introducing a capsule collection of boots designed exclusively for Joyce. The Belgian designer, who was previously the creative director of Theory, unveiled his original boot style in September at his spring runway show at Paris Fashion Week. 

The boot exudes a distinctly gothic aesthetic, with a slim shape, hook-and-eye front closure and a zip-fastening heal. Perhaps what makes Theysekens’ footwear so strikingly appealing is the use of metallic colour and bold, life-like textures; the collection features exotic skins such as python and ostrich finished in metallic paint. For those who adhere to a more conservative dress sense, the boot is also available in plain black and white leather.

The collection will be available from March 6. A Joyce pop-up will open in Central Hong Kong this April.
