Club Haus joins Art Basel Week with J-01 Gallery takeover

A week-long takeover at J-01

The inaugural Club Haus party is set to take place tonight at J-01 Gallery on On Lan Street. A collective that brings together rising artists, music selectors, fledging brands and artists, Club Haus will be featuring art shows from Saigon graffiti artist Demon Slayer, Hong Kong illustrator and street artist Lousy Jon in addition to Anwar Carrots who’ll showcase “Before Naaz was Born,” a photo exhibition focused on those who have impacted the streetwear designer’s career up till the birth of his first child. Aside from that, cult streetwear graphics brand Pleasures will be doing an installation called “Artifacts of Life,” a visual moodboard of vacuum sealed relics which will be shown alongside collaboration pieces with friends & family.

There will be pop-up booths from apparel brands such as LA’s Chinatown Market, 40s & Shorties, STREETX and Carrots alongside local imprints OKOKOK and YETI OUT. And of course, it’s nothing without the music – Hong Kong Community Radio, Yeti Soundsystem and Fauve Radio will be playing. Check out the schedule below for all the Club Haus parties happening this week – and make sure to drop by!
