The Art of Plating with Chef Gianni Caprioli

Italian Chef Gianni Caprioli, the man behind some of Hong Kong's favourite Italian restaurants Gia Trattoria Italiana, Giando Italian Restaurant & Bar, and Fishsteria, shows #legend how to make his Sicilian Prawn Carpaccio, available throughout Art Month. Inspired by the abstract work of Tancredi Parmeggiani's Natura Morta Tempo 6 II Ponte, ​the dish is a celebration of flavours and colours — perfect for a post-Basel indulgence. The carpaccio is available until March 31.
