For years, brunch has been synonymous with Champagne, but not anymore. Absolut Elyx vodka has launched a new series of summer-perfect cocktails at bars and restaurants around the city. 

Sip on a refreshing A Golden Garden while tucking into beetroot-cured Atlantic Salmon at Alibi, or go for something stronger at Mercato’s new brunch with a Crimson Vesper, a combination of Elyx with Lillet Rouge and Hayman’s Sloe Gin. There are eight unique cocktails to try, each served in Elyx’s signature copper coupe cups. 

For once, the coupe isn’t just a hipster statement – there’s a scientific reason behind it. The Swedish vodka is distilled in a vintage copper still, which naturally catalyses trace compounds in the spirit, purifying it and giving it a silky texture and smooth taste. The dashing coupe’s are a nod to Elyx’s vintage, yet still somehow cutting edge, creation.
